BPC-157
Laboratory and animal studies suggest BPC-157 may influence:
- Blood-vessel formation and VEGF signalling
- Fibroblast and endothelial-cell movement
- Collagen deposition and wound remodelling
- Nitric-oxide pathways and blood-vessel function
- Inflammatory and oxidative-stress responses
TB-500
TB-500 has been chemically identified as Ac-LKKTETQ, a seven-amino-acid fragment associated with thymosin beta-4. Full-length thymosin beta-4 is involved in actin regulation, cell movement and tissue remodelling.
Studies involving thymosin beta-4 have reported effects on:
- Cell migration
- Formation of new blood vessels
- Extracellular-matrix remodelling
- Skin and corneal wound repair
- Inflammatory signalling
The combination is promoted as a “recovery blend,” with BPC-157 supposedly supporting local repair and TB-500 supposedly supporting broader cell migration and tissue remodelling. There are no good controlled human trials demonstrating that combining them heals injuries faster or is safe.
Each BPC-157 & TB-500 40mg Research kit includes: Pre-filled Research pen (20mg BPC-157, 20mg TB-500) Research information sheet
